By using this website or placing an order with Real Repaints, you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide custom-painted miniatures and 3D printed items. Customers may supply their own miniatures for painting. All work is made to order and priced based on project scope, materials, and scale.

Orders & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due before shipment of the completed item(s). Payment plans or custom quotes may be available upon request. Please contact us before ordering to confirm all project details.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely shipping models to us, including proper packaging and tracking. We are not liable for loss or damage during inbound transit. Outbound shipments are securely packaged and tracked, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage after dispatch.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each item is custom, cancellations are not guaranteed once work begins. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds on the remaining balance may be issued at our discretion if the project is canceled mid-way. Please contact us immediately if an issue arises.

Intellectual Property

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the original creators unless otherwise stated. Completed works may be featured in our portfolio or social media unless the customer requests otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Return and Refund Policy

At Real Repaints, each order is custom-made, hand-painted, or 3D printed to meet your specific requests. As such, refunds are limited and handled case-by-case.

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to start any custom project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers time, materials, and design prep.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Before work begins: Full refund, including deposit.
     
  • After work has started: Deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds on remaining balance may be considered, depending on project progress.
     
  • After completion: No refunds once the final product has been approved and/or shipped.
     

Custom Work

Because all work is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Changes in preference or aesthetic disagreements after approval
     
  • Buyer’s remorse
     
  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
     

Shipping Issues

If a product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will assess options such as repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
